Esther Ma, CEO & Founder
After a 5-year stint with Procter & Gamble (P&G) HK Limited, Esther founded Prestique Limited in 1996. At P&G, Esther worked on several brands including Pampers, Oil of Olay, and SK-II. Esther was awarded the Global Brand-Building Award due to her contribution to the SK-II brand. Esther received her Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School (New York) in 1992 and her Bachelor of Arts in Economics and French from University of California at Berkeley (California) in 1988. She is an avid golfer, runner, scuba-diver and tennis player. She also enjoys cooking, painting, and writing.

Vicky Wong, Managing Director
Vicky's background is in advertising. She worked for Campaign Advertising for one year after her graduation from the University of Manitoba in Canada in 1990 where she studied business administration. Subsequently, she joined DDB Needham and was promoted to Account Manager in three years. Vicky joined Prestique in 1998, and serves primarily fast-moving consumer goods, arts and cultural entities, and sports and financial accounts. Vicky's strengths lie in interpersonal relations, creativity and design.
Kalie Chan, Assistant Marketing Director
Kalie studied at City University of Hong Kong with a major in Manufacturing Engineering. She joined Prestique as a Marketing Executive in 1998. In 2000, she joined Get Nice Asset Management Limited & King's Glory Educational Centre as Marketing & PR Manager. Now having rejoined Prestique, Kalie is ready to contribute her experience in developing and implementing marketing campaigns, media relations and event management. Her major accounts include banks, fashion and cosmetics brands and cultural organizations.
Bonnie Au, Assistant Marketing Director
Bonnie began her career in HSBC, working in the field of personal banking and card operations. In 2000, she received an MBA Degree in International Business from the University of Bristol(U.K.) in association with the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussees(France). Upon graduation, she joined Shun Tak Group as a Senior Sales & Marketing Executive, promoting a one-stop-shop service idea to high-net-worth individuals & corporate clients. Her strong belief in relationship building would be a value-added element to Public Relations. She has extensive interest in traveling and cooking.
Roxane Tam, Marketing Manager
Roxane obtained an undergraduate degree in English for International Corporate Communications from University of Central Lancashire and embarked on a public relations career at Prestique of 2008. Roxane's strengths lie in media relations, product supply, and event support. With a strong belief in a shot for the beautiful time, Roxane is fond of landscape photography. She also has extensive interest in watching movies and playing guitar.
Vinnci Choi, Business Manager
Having spent nearly 4 years as a Communications major in Hong Kong Baptist University and Shanghai Jiaotong University, Vinnci has been working extensively as a freelance journalist and screenplay translator before joining a local green group for 2 years. Due to her NGO experience, she was then invited to work for a Fortune-500 company as think-tank researcher for another 5 years before landing Prestique. An ardent globe-trotter, Vinnci has set foot on six continents including South America. She enjoys scuba-diving, fencing and reading. Vinnci is a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor and has recently founded her diving club Itchy Fins Divers with her husband to spread the ocean love.
Joyce Wong, Marketing Executive
Joyce obtained an undergraduate degree in Marketing and Public Relations from Polytechnic University of Hong Kong. She joined Presitque in 2010, handling a range of education, non-profit, music and beauty clients. She also has extensive interest in playing piano, traveling and reading.
Crystal Chan, Marketing Executive
Crystal graduated with a degree in English Communication Studies in the University of Portsmouth (U.K.) With a great passion in event management, she joined Prestique in 2012. Her strengths lie in media relations and event management. She handles a range of beauty, non-profit, education clients. She coaches cheerleading in leisure time and has strong interest in travelling and Spanish culture.
Ali Hui, Marketing Executive
With a BBA degree in Management and Marketing from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and wide ranges of social services experience in high-school and University, Ali joined GP Electronics Marketing Team to handle high-end acoustic brands upon graduation. Then was invited to work on children's English and Character building curriculum for Back To Basic International on project-basis. Ali commenced in Prestique since 2013, handling a range of luxury fashion, lifestyle and skincare clients. She also has strong interest in travelling and reading.
Kamelia Lau, Marketing Executive
Kamelia joined Prestique in 2014. Having received several scholarships amounting to around 1 million Hong Kong dollars, she travelled back and forth between Hong Kong and the United Kingdom for her undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Linguistics in University of Cambridge and University of Hong Kong. Prior to Prestique, she had worked in McKinsey & Company, Shanghai where she handled market entrance strategies for a Fortune 500 client, covering 800+ cities in China. She is also keen about social entrepreneurship, and education for underprivileged children. She has been to Cambodia twice for building schools and libraries, and teaching English to children in need.
